All services come with a wash and blowdry free of charge on your first appointment, This is mandatory for a good finish for photos and so we can check results.
Booking fee of £10 must be paid within 24 hours of booking any service or your appointment will be cancelled.
We must be given us atleast 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment, if not provided our cancellation policy is applicable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations less than 1 working days notice: 50% of bill will be charged.
No show fee: 100% of bill will be charged.

Model prices will be allowed one time,if you are a recurring customer you will have to pay for a blowdry which is £15 as she needs different models each time but you are welcome to book another appointment.
Please fill out our model form and someone will be in touch within 3 days.
Complete the enquiry form and we will assess your suitability, based on what our apprentice’s current learning needs are. You must be 16 or over for colour and you will also be required to have a skin test in line with current health and safety regulations.
You are applying to be a model for our trainee you will be asked to sign a waiver form on the day which will be the following so only apply if you agree with the terms & conditions.
BASIC Services only • Restyle • Just a trim (minium 1.5 inch) • Bob • Short Graduation Hair Cut • One length cut • Layered cut • All over colour • Highlights to the root • NO FASHION COLOURS OR BALAYAGE.
Model must be happy to have a minium of a inch and a half off to allow room for error.
If you are looking for highlights and have box dye on your hair this will not be appropriate.
With cutting a one inch or more must be taken off.

Training for cutting models will be available Tuesday & Friday 9.30-3pm Or Thursdays 11.00-6.00pm.
Training for colouring will be Tuesdays&Fridays 9.30-12. Thursdays 11-3pm depending on the service required.
For a Trim allow 2.15 hours or if you have very long hair let us know as this may be longer
For Restyle 2.5 hours
For all over colour allow minimum 4 of hours
For highlights allow the day.
Read Thoroughly
1. I understand that the service is part of a training session which means it will take longer than a regular appointment and I can commit to the full timings. For a cut allow 2.5 hours in case of delays and for colour it will vary but minimum 4 hours or for highlights allow the day in case of delays.
2. I understand that the service will be carried out by an unqualified member of staff for training purposes.
3. I understand that images will be taken throughout the training and that these will be used on social media.
4. I confirm that I have had a patch test within the last 6 months (for colour services)
5. I trust my stylist and am flexible to the needs of the training session
6. I understand that as this is a discounted service there are no redo’s or refunds
7. I will attend the training session with clean, manageable hair
8. For colour and cuts I will pay a booking fee of £10 at the time of booking to secure appointment and understand that this is completely non-refundable. With cuts no other payment will be needed on the day if deposit has been paid.
9. If you need to cancel you must give us 48 hours’ notice so we can try and find another model
10. Model must be over the age of 16 for colour. Cut models under the age of 16 will need to speak with Manager Lauren.
11. I will pay the remainder of the bill using cash

PARKING
We are located by Morrisons petrol station on Goldsworth Road.
We have parking right outside the salon but it is ticket only so please bring the exact change (80p an hour) max 3 hours. You can get tickets at the machine by Kwik fit or Yamaha sell tickets also.
For longer colouring appointments such as highlights, full head tints we recommend you pre book parking in Morrisons for under £4 for 4 hours+ the link to do this is below. (Book In Advance)
You can also use ringgo but this can get booked up so recommend pre booking.
We do not allow clients to leave mid colour service as this can effect end result so please check with your stylist what time you are due out.
