Lauren
Senior Stylist
Lauren has over 15 years of experience in the hair industry. While still at school, she worked weekends in a salon in Ascot and attended college one day a week to complete her Level 1 Hairdressing qualification.
After finishing school, she moved into a full-time apprenticeship with John Jenkins, training across both their Chobham and Sunningdale salons. Over three years, she developed a strong technical foundation before progressing onto the shop floor at another local salon, where she continued to build her confidence and clientele.
With a passion for hairdressing from an early age, Lauren now leads our family-run salon, Hair Masters Design Woking, bringing creativity, experience and care to both her team and clients. Her varied background across multiple salon environments has shaped her adaptable approach and high standards of service.
Lauren enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, with a particular love for creative, personalised colouring, lived-in colour, restyles, and styling. She is committed to refining her craft and staying ahead of evolving trends, and takes pride in helping every client leave feeling their absolute best.
Lauren works across short, medium, and long hair, and does not offer clipper work or ultra-short pixie styles.
Tegan
Stylist
Tegan has over 7 years of experience in the hair industry, beginning her journey at 15 when she left school to pursue hairdressing at college. She completed her Level 2 and Level 3 Hairdressing qualifications while working in our East Horsley salon, where she assisted multiple stylists and gained valuable hands-on experience supporting clients and developing her technical skills.
In 2020, Tegan joined Hair Masters Design Woking, where she stepped onto the shop floor as a stylist. Working closely with Lauren, she continued to refine her skills, build her confidence, and expand her creative and technical abilities behind the chair.
Since then, she has built a loyal and growing clientele who appreciate her calm approach, attention to detail, and ability to create beautifully wearable results.
Tegan has a particular love for seamlessly blended lived-in colour, bespoke balayage, and enhancing natural curls through thoughtful cutting and styling. She is passionate about creating hair that feels effortless, personalised, and easy to maintain at home.
