As a small business, we hope you understand that we need to protect our business so we will be asking for a £10 booking fee to secure your booking, you will pay the remainder in salon.
Should you cancel within less than 2 working days of your booking or no show on the day, your booking fee will not be refunded and we may charge the full 100%.
Please note we do not accept AMEX online or in-store!
Please be considerate of your stylist and other guests by arriving on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a charge of 100% of the appointment cost may apply.
In cases where we’re unable to carry out the service within the remaining time, this may be treated as a no-show.

At Hair Masters Design, we prioritize the health and safety of all our clients. For this reason, we are unable to perform services on clients with head lice.
If you are bringing your child in for a haircut, we kindly ask that you ensure they do not have head lice prior to their appointment.
If head lice is discovered during your appointment, our stylist will respectfully refuse to proceed with the service. Please note, you may still be charged for the appointment.
